As a designer on the marketing team at BASE10 Genetics, a B2B healthcare SaaS startup, I significantly impacted the company's online presence and marketing efforts.
I played a key role in initiating and implementing various marketing campaigns for our precision nutrition and infection control programs, including email campaigns, social media campaigns, and content marketing strategies, which drove brand awareness and generated nursing home and corporate self-insurance broker leads for the sales team.

I assisted in designing a new company website and webinar campaign, resulting in 3x the amount of leads, in addition to developing and executing email campaigns, designing conference event marketing materials, and managing social media campaigns.

Marketing Design Goals
Lead users to sign up through forms for webinars and contact sales
Redesign pages according to new, modernized branding and design system
Clearly inform BASE10’s different market audiences about the right BASE10 program for their businesses
UI/UX Process
Collaborated with PMs, UX researcher, senior UX designer, and marketing team to understand business goals and target users (nursing home workers and decision makers)

Created wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts to stakeholders and developers to ensure a seamless end-to-end experience across social media to website webinar registration to sales team interaction.
Impact
Before shipping these pages, there was no existing location on the website to generate leads related to marketing events. Contacts were collected through outside vendor/event hosting applications.
With these pages, we directed 3x the number of webinar registrations through the site.
